What's included in the 1-on-1 personal training services?

I wouldn't just train you and leave you to figure out everything else on your own!
In addition to your fitness program I equip you with a personalized meal template that fits your lifestyle while helping you choose foods within a healthy range. 

Will you do an initial consultation with me?

I sure do.
During the consultation I'll learn where you've been (as far as your health is concerned) and where you want to go from here. I'll use this information to build your custom fitness plan.

What are your going rates?

It depends on a number of factors including what size goals you have, your level of motivation, and so on. 
Each person has a different starting point so the number of sessions Jane requires probably isn't going to be the same you require.

With that said my rates are based on 3, 6, and 12 month commitments
ranging anywhere between $650 to $1,500 per month.
